Andrew Charles is a Professor of Neurology Emeritus at the UCLA School of Medicine in Los Angeles, where he holds the Meyer and Renee Luskin Chair in Migraine and Headache Studies.
He is Director of the UCLA Goldberg Migraine Program, whose work includes basic and clinical research, education, and care of patients with headache disorders. His laboratory focuses on physiological and pharmacological mechanisms of migraine, and sleep with a particular interest in the development of novel technologies and therapies.
Dr. Charles is a past President of the American Headache Society, and a previous Trustee of the International Headache Society.
