Dr Rachael Kilner is a headache GPwER at King’s College Hospital, St Thomas’ Hospital, and Bromley GP Alliance. She trained at Edinburgh University, gained MRCGP, subsequently FRCGP, and worked as a South London GP. She also holds a postgraduate certificate in medical education. In 2024 Rachael established an innovative integrated headache training post for GP registrars.
Dedicated to connecting primary and secondary care, she co-developed the South East London migraine guidelines, launched a GPwER triage service for Kings College Hospital headache referrals, and co-runs a patient headache education forum.
She also serves as a BASH Council Honorary Advisor and is a member of the GIRFT headache pathway group.
