Dr Edoardo Caronna is a neurologist and postdoctoral researcher in the Headache Research Group at Vall d’Hebron University Hospital, Barcelona, Spain.
During his neurology residency, Dr Caronna developed a strong interest in headache disorders from both clinical and research perspectives. In 2022, he obtained a PhD in Medicine from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and has since authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in headache medicine. He is actively involved in clinical trials and real-world research, with a particular interest in applying big data to improve migraine care.
He is actively engaged in education, advocacy, and scientific communication within neurological societies, and currently serves as a member of the IHS Juniors Group.
