Dr Marta Vila-Pueyo PhD, is a Researcher at Vall d’Hebron Institute of Research (VHIR) in Barcelona, Spain.
She completed her PhD studies at VHIR in 2014, under the supervision of Dr Patricia Pozo-Rosich, and postdoctoral research at King’s College London, with Dr Philip holland and Prof Peter Goadsby; prior establishing her own research line back at VHIR in 2021.
Dr Vila-Pueyo’s research is focused on understanding molecular, neural and glial mechanisms underlying primary headache disorders and migraine comorbidities using preclinical rodent models.
